Worst service I have ever received

Do not waste your money here. I ordered expecting one thing and received something completely different. The company refused to accept any responsibility and the customer service team was unhelpful at every turn. I am still waiting for resolution weeks later.

Could improve in a few areas

Not bad but not great either. The delivery was fine and the product arrived intact. I had a question that took a couple of days to get a response to which was a little frustrating. Overall it is acceptable but there is definitely room for improvement in several areas.

A mixed experience for me. Some things were good, like the communication, but the quality of the product was a little underwhelming compared to the price. I would give it another chance but they need to up their game a bit to earn a higher rating from me.

Problems from start to finish

Unfortunately this was not a positive experience. The product had quality issues and the company was slow to acknowledge them. I had to persist quite a lot to get any kind of satisfactory response. Two stars is generous. I would not use this service again.
