I have been with Aspire Trust Bank for just over a year now and it continues to meet my expectations. The current account is straightforward, transfers arrive promptly and the notifications are helpful. What sets them apart is that the staff actually take time to understand your situation rather than offering generic advice. A bank I trust.

Mostly positive but a few rough edges

I flagged a suspicious transaction on my account and while the issue was eventually resolved, I had to follow up a couple of times before getting a response. The fraud team could be more proactive. That said, my day-to-day banking experience has been solid and the app works well. Three stars for now but room to improve.

Good bank but the wait times could be better

Overall I am happy with Aspire Trust Bank. My savings account earns a decent rate and the online banking portal is easy to navigate. My only gripe is that telephone support can have long hold times during peak hours. That said, when I did get through the adviser was helpful and resolved my query quickly. Three solid stars.
