Average banking experience — nothing outstanding

My experience has been perfectly adequate but nothing more. The account works as expected, transfers go through without issue and the app is functional. There is little that distinguishes this bank from its competitors though, and I feel that a more personalised service would make a big difference.

Disappointed with the loan terms I was offered

I applied for a personal loan based on the advertised rates but was offered significantly worse terms than expected once my application was reviewed. The explanation given was vague and the appeals process was unhelpful. I ended up going elsewhere and got a much better deal. Disappointed.

I use this bank for both personal and small business needs. The dual account setup is convenient and the business team has been helpful whenever I had questions about merchant services. There is room for improvement in the business app but overall a solid banking partner.

Fine for basic banking needs

If you need a straightforward current account with no complications this bank is fine. The rates are not the most competitive and the app is a little dated compared to some rivals, but for everyday transactions it does the job. Would consider switching if a better offer came along.

I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and called the fraud line immediately. The agent was calm, professional and had my card frozen and replaced within minutes. A follow-up call confirmed the matter was resolved fully. This level of security and care is exactly what I need from a bank.
