Struggled with this service

I gave them two stars because I did receive a product but the experience leading up to that was frustrating. Poor communication, misleading descriptions and average quality all contributed to a disappointing outcome. I have already moved on to a competitor.

Needs significant improvement

Two stars because at least they delivered something but the quality and experience were both poor. I had to follow up multiple times to get basic information and the product had several issues when it arrived. The returns process was also more difficult than it needed to be.

Terrible experience — avoid completely

I have never felt the need to leave a one-star review before but this company earned it. Everything from the ordering process to the final outcome was handled badly. They have no regard for customers once they have your money. I am warning everyone I know.

Use it if you have no other option

Somewhat satisfied but left with a few reservations. The core product is fine and delivery was acceptable but I had a billing query that took longer than it should have to resolve. Improving response times and overall polish would lift this to a four-star experience.

Truly impressive — would recommend to anyone

Superb experience all round. The communication was clear, the delivery was on time and the product quality was excellent. I had a minor question during the process and it was answered within minutes. This is a five-star business in every sense of the word.

It was what it was. The service delivered what was promised, just without any of the flair or customer care that really makes a business stand out. I got what I paid for but nothing extra. I am not rushing back but I am not warning people away either.

Struggled with this service

Underwhelmed by this service. The quality is mediocre and the customer support left a lot to be desired. I had several questions that went unanswered for days and the final product was not worth the price I paid. There are better options available elsewhere.

Problems from start to finish

Not a great experience unfortunately. There were delays, communication was poor and the end result did not match what was advertised. I raised my concerns but the response was dismissive. For the price charged I expected significantly more from this company.

Nightmare experience — beware

I cannot believe how bad this was. Total waste of money and time. The product fell apart almost immediately and when I complained I was basically told it was my fault. Zero accountability and zero customer care. Avoid this company at all costs.

A genuinely positive experience with this company. The staff were friendly and helpful, the product quality was high and everything was delivered as promised. A minor process improvement could make things even better but I have no major complaints at all.
