Reasonable but not outstanding

I have used better and I have used worse. The service is adequate but does not go the extra mile. The product was fine but nothing about the experience was particularly memorable or impressive. It is a three-star service at a three-star price which is fair enough.

Dishonest and unprofessional service

The worst service I have encountered in a very long time. Delayed delivery, damaged product, rude customer service and a refund process that was deliberately obstructive. I am genuinely appalled that this company is still operating in this way. Stay far away.

Great support and good pricing

Good value for money and a reliable service. The product was well made and delivered on time. I would have given five stars but there was a small delay in communication during one part of the process. Overall though I am a satisfied customer.

A pretty bad experience overall

Not a great experience unfortunately. There were delays, communication was poor and the end result did not match what was advertised. I raised my concerns but the response was dismissive. For the price charged I expected significantly more from this company.

A pretty bad experience overall

Fell short of what was promised. I placed my order in good faith based on their website but the reality was quite different. The product was inferior to what was shown and getting a resolution took far more effort than it should have. Not impressed at all.

Terrible experience — avoid completely

One star and even that feels too generous. The product quality is shocking for the price and the customer service team seems trained to deflect rather than help. I will be filing a formal complaint and sharing my experience wherever I can. Truly awful.

Honestly one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and genuinely care about getting things right. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of my experience.

Poor customer service experience

I was really disappointed with this service. The product quality was well below what I expected based on the website description and marketing. Customer service was slow to respond and not particularly helpful when they did. I would think twice before using again.

Struggled with this service

More bad than good with this one. Long delivery times, questionable quality and an unhelpful support team made for a stressful experience. I understand businesses can have off days but this felt systemic. I would suggest looking at alternatives before committing.

So-so experience — average quality

A mixed experience for me. Some things were good, like the communication, but the quality of the product was a little underwhelming compared to the price. I would give it another chance but they need to up their game a bit to earn a higher rating from me.
