Three stars because my experience has been adequate but not exceptional. The savings rate is reasonable and transactions process without issues. I do wish the customer support was a bit more proactive but I have no serious complaints.

I had ongoing difficulties getting a clear answer about my account charges. Multiple calls resulted in conflicting information and the issue took weeks to resolve. The underlying banking products are fine but the support infrastructure needs significant improvement.
