I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and called the fraud line immediately. The agent was calm, professional and had my card frozen and replaced within minutes. A follow-up call confirmed the matter was resolved fully. This level of security and care is exactly what I need from a bank.

Transfer delays caused real problems for me

I had a time-sensitive international transfer that was delayed by several days without adequate explanation. When I contacted the bank I was told to wait and no interim solution was offered. This caused real inconvenience for my business. For day-to-day banking it is fine but for international needs I would look elsewhere.

The banking products themselves are good value but I have had a couple of frustrating experiences with the customer service team. Wait times on the phone are long and I was passed between departments on one occasion. The core service is solid but the support experience needs work.

I regularly send and receive payments from overseas and this bank offers better exchange rates than my previous provider. The transfer process is simple and the funds arrive quickly. A four-star experience — would push to five if the app allowed real-time rate checks.
