A truly premium experience

Three stars — it was alright

Three stars feels about right for this. The service works and does what it promises but there is nothing that really sets it apart from competitors. The pricing is competitive but the overall experience was quite standard. Might try a different provider next time.

Not great — would look elsewhere

Quite frustrated with this company. The ordering process was confusing, delivery took much longer than stated and the product quality did not justify the price. Customer service was polite but unhelpful in actually solving my problem. Likely won't use again.

Absolutely dreadful — stay away

I have never felt the need to leave a one-star review before but this company earned it. Everything from the ordering process to the final outcome was handled badly. They have no regard for customers once they have your money. I am warning everyone I know.

Fell well short of expectations

More bad than good with this one. Long delivery times, questionable quality and an unhelpful support team made for a stressful experience. I understand businesses can have off days but this felt systemic. I would suggest looking at alternatives before committing.

It was what it was. The service delivered what was promised, just without any of the flair or customer care that really makes a business stand out. I got what I paid for but nothing extra. I am not rushing back but I am not warning people away either.

I had a fairly average experience. Some things went smoothly and others did not quite meet expectations. The staff were polite but not overly helpful and the product quality was reasonable without being impressive. An okay experience that could easily be better.
