It was what it was. The service delivered what was promised, just without any of the flair or customer care that really makes a business stand out. I got what I paid for but nothing extra. I am not rushing back but I am not warning people away either.

Do not use this service

The worst service I have encountered in a very long time. Delayed delivery, damaged product, rude customer service and a refund process that was deliberately obstructive. I am genuinely appalled that this company is still operating in this way. Stay far away.

Really happy with this service. The product is great quality and I feel the pricing is fair. The website is easy to use and the checkout process was smooth. I had one small issue that was quickly resolved by their support team. Would recommend this.

A genuinely positive experience with this company. The staff were friendly and helpful, the product quality was high and everything was delivered as promised. A minor process improvement could make things even better but I have no major complaints at all.

Absolutely outstanding experience!

What an incredible service. I placed my order expecting standard quality but what I received was genuinely premium. The packaging was immaculate, the product was perfect and the whole experience was a real pleasure from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

A pretty bad experience overall

Fell short of what was promised. I placed my order in good faith based on their website but the reality was quite different. The product was inferior to what was shown and getting a resolution took far more effort than it should have. Not impressed at all.
