Blown away by the quality

Superb experience all round. The communication was clear, the delivery was on time and the product quality was excellent. I had a minor question during the process and it was answered within minutes. This is a five-star business in every sense of the word.

Left a lot to be desired

More bad than good with this one. Long delivery times, questionable quality and an unhelpful support team made for a stressful experience. I understand businesses can have off days but this felt systemic. I would suggest looking at alternatives before committing.

Very pleased with this company overall. The service was professional and the quality of the product was good. I had to follow up once regarding a delivery update but it was resolved without any major issues. Would give it four stars and would return.

A mixed experience for me. Some things were good, like the communication, but the quality of the product was a little underwhelming compared to the price. I would give it another chance but they need to up their game a bit to earn a higher rating from me.

Satisfactory but not spectacular

An average experience overall. The product quality is acceptable and the pricing is reasonable. I had to chase up a couple of times for updates which was a bit annoying. Nothing disastrous but nothing spectacular either. Three stars feels fair and honest.

They failed on every single front

I cannot believe how bad this was. Total waste of money and time. The product fell apart almost immediately and when I complained I was basically told it was my fault. Zero accountability and zero customer care. Avoid this company at all costs.
